[Description] The Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety (ENVI) would like to classify electrical cigarettes/vaping devices as medicinal products. An absurd process, as electrical cigarettes and ejuice are a stimulant - not a drug - just like chocolate, red wine, or even conventional tobacco cigarettes. Due to the high costs a drug approval process implies, it is unthinkable for the numerous small producers that enrich our vivid market today to have their products approved as a medicinal product. Those planned regulations are just as devastating to vaping as completely banning electrical cigarettes and vaping itself. The electrical cigarette is a substantially less harmful alternative to smoking, but is facing its premature death!
